Working principle:
HWL Tracker control system adopts large photovoltaic series power supply at DC25V~DC1500V, built-in lithium battery backup, and equipped with self-developed intelligent charge and discharge management module, which can intelligently manage the battery charge and discharge under different environmental temperatures, and charge the battery at constant current and constant voltage.Intelligent protection battery, prevent battery overcharge or overdischarge phenomenon, improve battery life and utilization rate, further improve the stability and reliability of the control system.

Technical Parameters of Smart Solar Tracker Control System Data Saving Function

Tracking controller according to the local longitude, latitude and time, the program automatically calculates the sun's trajectory at any time and the azimuth angle and altitude angle of the location. In the tracking stage, the system will automatically issue instructions according to the tracking range to control the operation of the electric actuator, and adjust the tracking angle every period of time so that the PV module is always aligned with the current sun position.

Under bad weather conditions, the upper computer communication system tells the control system there is a strong wind, sends out instructions, the control system pushes the motor, and the bracket makes corresponding actions to avoid bad weather. When the sun altitude angle is low, in order to avoid the shadow occlusion of the support, the system enters the anti-shadow tracking stage. The whole control process is fully automatic without manual intervention (the system runs in "AUTO" mode).
